These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Outgain — our web dashboard and mobile app (together, the "Service") — provided by Hemi Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a personal financial dashboard that aggregates read-only account information you choose to connect (via Plaid and SnapTrade) and displays your net worth, balances, holdings, and history. The Service does not move money or execute transactions.
When you connect an institution, you authorize us and our providers (Plaid and SnapTrade) to access read-only data from that institution on your behalf. Your use of those providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
The Service is for informational purposes only. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Balances and prices may be delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the Service for financial decisions; consult a qualified professional.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service includes a community feed where users may post content. You are solely responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, deceptive (including fabricated performance claims), or that infringes the rights of others; do not post investment advice or solicitations. We may remove content, hide reported content pending review, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion. You can report any post or comment and block any user from within the app; reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Community posts are the opinions of their authors, are not verified except where explicitly marked, and are not financial advice.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemi Enterprises LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Config → Delete Account on the web or Dashboard → Account → Delete Account in the mobile app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
